Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds. Customers have the right to request a return within 60 days of product delivery. If 60 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product has been used, you will need to send us supporting documents to initiate the return and refund process.
Starting a Return
To initiate your return, please contact support@rivaas.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address. Detailed information will be sent to you by email once the return request has been approved.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend tracking the item, as if the item does not arrive or is lost on the way back, the refund will be canceled (as it was never received).
Return Address
Before returning the merchandise, please contact our customer support team who will assist you in obtaining the unique customer code for the return order. We will not accept any liability for goods returned directly without a unique customer code.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Important Notes
- We do not provide return labels and do not cover return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the logistics company you choose.
- Our payment gateway will deduct 5% of the item's price as a transaction fee for all canceled or returned orders.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the item's price will be charged to customers for returned orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rivaas.com
