  • Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude customs clearance delays.

  • Transit Time: 1 to 5 business days for all destinations in Canada, UK and the United States (Shipped Mon.-Fri.)
  • Total Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days for all destinations in Canada, UK and the United States, depending on customer location.
  • Delivery Zone: We currently deliver to Canada, UK and the United States.

Handling

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the following business days. Rivaas is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in case of shipment delays due to product availability.

Rivaas shop is not responsible for untracked parcels that go missing. We are not liable for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders shipped to incorrect, invalid, or correct addresses. Rivaas shop will assist as much as possible in tracing a missing parcel.

Local Taxes and Duties

Rivaas shop has no control over customs or import duties that may be imposed when the order reaches the destination country. These charges may cause delays and the customer will be responsible for paying them. Rivaas shop advises customers to check with the local customs agency before placing an order.

Policy for Incorrect Address

We only ship products to the delivery address provided by customers on our website. Therefore, it's important to carefully enter your delivery address when placing an order.

  • Undelivered and Returned to Sender: Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
  • Shipped and Returned to Sender: We will need to send you an invoice to cover the full cost of re-shipping your order.
  • Shipped and Delivered to Wrong Address: You risk losing your order unless you can resolve the issue with logistics services or the recipient. We cannot refund or re-ship another parcel in this case.

This policy is not our preference or first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to enter and verify your address carefully when placing your order.
